The Michigan Supreme Court declined to hear an appeal in a case involving child sexual assault and the Catholic Diocese of Grand Rapids in which a teacher repeatedly sexually assaulted a student, our client.
Ven shares more on the case following our team filing a Motion for Reconsideration, believing the Supreme Court should hear the case based on the evidence.
