A family still grieving the loss of a loved one are suing several smoke shops after a driver, allegedly inhaling a nitrous oxide whippet, crashed into their father’s car, killing him. 

“He’s the bogeyman. He’s the worst bogeyman you could ever think of,” said the mother of 24-year-old Trevon Ziglar’s alleged victim.
