Five years after the Edenville Dam failed to hold back rising waters in the wake of significant rainfall, residents affected by the subsequent floods spoke out about their pending legal battles against the state as they seek compensation and justice for their troubles.
Mid-Michigan flood victims and their attorney will gather Monday, May 19, outside the Midland County Courthouse to mark five years since the Edenville and Sanford dam failures — and to demand accountability from the State of Michigan.
