Biography
Jonathan Hartman is a senior trial attorney at Ven Johnson Law, where he represents individuals and families in personal injury litigation. With more than 25 years of experience, he focuses on cases involving serious injury, wrongful death and contested liability.
Jonathan has tried more than 25 cases to a jury, and has a long track record of securing favorable verdicts and settlements on behalf of his clients. His practice includes matters involving motor vehicle negligence, PIP, medical malpractice and premises liability, where outcomes often depend on strong courtroom advocacy.
Born and raised in Flint, Jonathan earned his undergraduate degree from Michigan State University, where he earned two varsity letters as a member of the men's golf team. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law.
Outside of his legal practice, Jonathan remains active in the Flint community and has served on several boards, including the Flint Junior Golf Association. An avid golfer, he also enjoys skiing, listening to music and attending Michigan State athletic events with his family.
He is the proud father of two children.
