DAVID B. ROTH

In August 2024, David Roth’s efforts helped a client obtain a favorable trial verdict on an underinsured motorist claim, resulting in a judgment in excess of $750,000.

An experienced litigator at both the state and federal levels, David Roth has been practicing law in Michigan for more than a decade. With expertise honed over scores of cases, he possesses a unique understanding of
personal injury, motor vehicle negligence, premises liability, wrongful death, employment discrimination, and civil rights disputes.
 
A native of Northville, Michigan, David graduated from Michigan State University in 2010 and MSU College of Law in 2013. He is licensed to practice in the State of Michigan, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern
District of Michigan, and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
 
When he’s not practicing law, Dave enjoys reading about history, lifting weights, and spending time with his wife and three young sons.
